Our Vision

BeyondQuark is the coming together of Unnati Academy and Medhavi Classes — two institutions united by a shared conviction: education should create curiosity, not fear.

We believe competition belongs in education. We believe in ambition and excellence. But we do not believe that fear is a necessary ingredient of learning.

Today, coaching factories turn education into a race driven by fear — fear of falling behind, fear of losing a rank, fear of disappointing parents. In that race, we are losing something far more valuable: curiosity.

The years when a young person should be developing emotional intelligence, social skills, friendships, experimentation, and the confidence to fail and try again are increasingly being consumed by mindless competitive-exam preparation.

One examination is not destiny. Some students will get into IIT. Some won't. Some will become engineers, researchers, doctors, artists, entrepreneurs, teachers or musicians. Many will change their minds along the way. Their lives are not determined by the result of one examination.

At BeyondQuark, our responsibility is bigger than helping a student clear an exam. It is to help them become curious thinkers who can keep learning long after the exam is over.
