These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.beyondquark.in (the "Platform"), operated by GURUNATH TRADERS ("we", "us", "our"). • "Physical Products" means tangible goods shipped to the User, including printed flashcards and question bank booklets.
• "Phygital Products" means bundled offerings comprising both a Physical and a Digital component.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or accessing the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to make purchases. By using the Platform, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Products & Services

The Platform offers both digital and phygital educational products. All product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

5. Pricing, Payment & Taxes

• All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed through Cashfree Payments. By making a payment, you agree to Cashfree's terms of service.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Such changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from your purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, simulations, flashcards, course material, and software — is the intellectual property of GURUNATH TRADERS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without express written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

7. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.
• Share, resell, or redistribute purchased content without authorization.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Platform's operation.
• Post or transmit any content that is obscene, defamatory, or violates any third-party rights.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GURUNATH TRADERS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GURUNATH TRADERS, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or governmental actions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
